How does per-student pricing work?
Our pricing is primarily subscription-based with student count limits per plan. For larger schools (600+), we also offer custom per-student pricing — contact us for a tailored quote.
Can we switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Billing is pro-rated automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards, and bank transfers. Quarterly and annual billing available.
Is training and onboarding included?
Yes, all plans include online training sessions for your staff. Enterprise plans include on-site training at no extra charge.
What about data migration from our existing system?
Our team handles complete data migration for free on Professional and Enterprise plans.
Are there any hidden charges?
There are no setup fees for Starter and Professional plans. Usage-based communication charges, where applicable, are billed separately. Contact us for the exact plan details.
